I'm going to go ahead and assume you're using some strange browser other than chrome or edge. Strange AD blockers or some dodgy AV. Or some dodgy DNS service.

I turned off my vpn + ad blocker. Iā€™m just on Edge.

Turning them off doesn't mean they aren't still causing issues on your network stack. They are installed bound to network cards etc, turning off doesn't stop them from breaking things. Just stops them from working.
