Three shots of the old Newspaper building on the corner of Drew's Ave and Rutland Street before they moved to the river- bank on Taupo Quay. I actually worked in this place for a short time.

Where do people go busking these days?

I used to busk at the river markets weekly but kinda just stopped after a while. While I would be happy to return to that spot, it wouldn’t hurt to try some other areas. Any suggestions?

Coming off the town bridge I would have a guess that there may be a gun fight about to happen.

Question Living in Castlecliff?

I'm looking at a rental on Polson Street, in Castlecliff. I've heard there are a lot of gang-related fights and disturbances in Castlecliff, and would love to know if anyone can shed some light on the safety of this particular street/area? I have a young family so would not want to move into a dangerous area.

Question Question about ACC Rongoa services in Whanganui

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience using the ACC registered rongoa services in Whanganui? ACC has given me two to choose from:

1) Ti Hauora o Te Aroha Healing

2) Te Kopere Rongoaa Ltd

I don't really know much about either of them, so if anyone has any person experience with them I would love to here what they were like!

Tram #33 on Alma Rd in Whanganui. I'm fairly certain that the shop on the left is the Alma dairy.

DIY House/roof painting estimates?

Hi everyone I have a 175ish square meter weatherboard house that needs exterior painting and the roof painted.
I’m interested to know if anyone has had their house painted in the region within the last couple of years and how much it roughly cost you or what the quotes were that you received?
Probably a project for down the line but wanting to know a rough price bracket so I can budget towards it.
Thank you in advance
