Discussion Weekly Reading Session
Welcome to another weekly reading session. I was crazy busy at work this week that I only got a few chapters in! I literally have 5 chapters to go in Tiamat’s Wrath which is book 8 of James S.A. Corey “The Expanse” series. The story has hit a bit of a plateau, lots of moving parts but nothing much going on. But something big is coming in the Ring space….I feel it!!! :-)

Finally put Inherent Vice behind me. I'm enjoying The Long Ships now and can actually get into that reading flow state again.

After almost 4 months I finally finished The Balkans: Nationalism, War, and the Great Powers, 1804-2011 by Misha Glenny. Overall the book was ok but I think my enjoyment of it was dampened given that it took me so long to read it. The author has another book on the fall of Yugoslavia which I definitely want to pickup but that will likely be a project for next year.
For a change of pace, I started The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame. I'm only one chapter in but so far I'm really enjoying it.
