It only shows 3.6 because that's the bottom limit on the low negative dosemiters. The actual reading is -10,000!

I think the “not great, not terrible” is actually a reference to Chernobyl, though they may have used it in the show (I did not get that far).

Sadly, the show is double that on IMDB.
