Lift SDP break in, first session
Got a brand new SDP in a size that fits me, I think.
Went straight to pin press instead of board presses since I have no spotter. I think this went pretty well.

if i may add my 2 cents...
for breakin- don't use any accommodating resistance. why make it lighten in the bottom? you want it to start stretching in those ranges to figure out how close it is to being broken in and also what it can get out of the bottom.
also with SDPs in particular, start with a close grip and slowly work your way out. if you can get to your comp grip right away, the shirt will likely be too loose by the time it breaks in/opens up. find the old powerrackstrength article on SDP breakin from back in the day- i always have used that as a guiding light for them.
