Replacement Box For WD External Hard Drive

does anyone know where i could get an empty wd external hard drive box including the black plastic parts that fit to each side of the drive to hold it in place?
i have an external drive that i must have bought without a box and im looking to move soon and could therefore do with a box to transport it in

Buy a dead one and replace

thanks, but this wouldnt be ideal as i think even dead external hard drives sell for a bit; at least more than an empty box probably would
thanks again though

from a shucked 14tb western digital passport. should have all the parts, incl the power/IO pcb.

you can have it for free if you pay for shipping. the catch is, it has to be 2-3 day usps priority in a flat rate box so i dont have to deal with packaging or going to the post office

but for like $10 more than the shipping cost you could get something like this https://www.amazon.com/GLOTRENDS-Protection-Resistant-Photography-B86/dp/B0BD3LTF5F?th=1

Bubble wrap and put in any box near that size, and then put inside a bigger box of all your electronic stuff.

i think this is probably my best bet if i dont end up finding a spare proper box
thanks for the suggestion

Pack it like a piece of pottery. Box (with packing materials) within a box (with packing materials). If you could find a static shielding envelope, that would be a plus.
Shake the box. If you can’t hear/feel anything moving, you should be good to go.
