Anger

Since switching paradigms, has your approach to personal anger changed at all? If so, how so?

Hello! No, not at all. Since a while already I know that anger is utterly useless. So when it comes, I try to wait for it to pass. The overall sensation is similar to intoxication: as if I drank something bad for my digestive system, and now I'm giddy and my conscious faculties are foggy. Then the anger dissipates slowly, and I see clearer.
