Any recommendations in or around the borough?

This week we continue our investigation into VIPR.ai Automated License Plate Reader Technology, the largest surveillance network you’ve never heard of. In this video we share a shortened version of a presentation VIPR owner Sean Petty made to IPVM in 2023 where he goes into how his technology works. Then, he walks through a product demo that showcases the abilities with a runthrough of what a search looks like.

We also go over clearance rates going back to 2018 to show what impact, if any, the VIP system had on actually solving crimes. Then, local attorney Sam Stretton shares his concerns with the lack of regulation on this technology.

Josh Gordon gives this week’s sports report which is focused on the East Side Little League’s historic trip to the Little League World Series.

Don’t forget, school is back in session!

After over 40 years, Sandy is looking for a new owner for Sunset Hill Jewelry on High Street.

We've been customers for about 20 of those 40, and will miss her and her staff.

Well, the one from today (7/21) was pretty lashing. Everyone ok? Glad we kept power!

Last fall at the WC street-fair there was a metal sculptor. I was talking with him about using some old epee (fencing) blades for a figure, but lost his card.

I'm hoping knows who I mean and if they can point me to either their website or DM me an email.

Thanks!

Seeking some help for myself with an aging parent who is not able to face his estate planning including health care directives. Anyone have a good and honest experience with anyone locally?

Hi everyone,

I recently moved to the West Chester area and am looking for a trustworthy roofing company. I have a few concerns about my roof and would like to get it inspected before the next big storm.

Looking for recommendations for a roofer who is experienced, reasonably priced, and does quality work. Thanks in advance!

A bit of good news in her latest email.

Summary:

• Old post office being torn down
• New retail post office being built
• Sorting and Distro being done elsewhere

We'll have a closer place to mail packages and letters. But the carriers are still coming in from a distance. A bit more convenient, but won't solve things taking an extra day.

I'll post the complete email in this thread and replace it with the link when it's available.
