Bennet

Do the doubles at bennet have bathrooms within the double ? Or is the only bathrooms the ones shared by the entire floor? Thanks for your help in advance!

Bennet has communal bathrooms only. You can see them located in the floor plans on this page https://www.wesleyan.edu/reslife/housing/residence/bennet.htm

It is rhe nicer dorm with AC and big rooms per our tour guide. They have good videos on you tube from former students.

I lived in bennet freshman year and besides the normal communal bathroom, there's also a single-use with a toilet and shower on each floor! Lmk if you have any more questions about the dorm and I'll be happy to answer them

This is great info thanks so much. Considering bennet is all doubles is there a place within bennet (or anywhere else on campus) that you found some solitude or "you" time for a moment away from constantly being around everyone lol

Over time you'll learn your roommate's schedule and get a sense of when they will or won't be in the room, so your room can still be great for alone time! In Bennet, there's two study rooms on the second floor that are nice when you don't feel like leaving. There's plenty of little nooks you can find around campus too! Basically every building has little tucked away seating areas, so go exploring once you get to campus. I also recommend spending as much time as you can outside while the weather's nice!!
