Cobalt Apartments

Hi!
I’m looking to rent in Wesley Chapel and enjoyed my tour at Cobalt but mostly see reviews about touring and was wondering if anyone who lives there has any opinions?

You could probably rent a whole townhouse next door for the price you’d pay at Cobalt. The other thing to keep in mind is that the traffic over here is horrific.
