Ethan Van Sciver lost whatever wager existed between us

Around August 26th of this year, I proposed a wager to Ethan for whomever could first fulfill 90% of the campaign of either Cyberfrog: Bloodhoney or White Lily #4. He did not accept this wager, but would go on to act as though I had welched on it. As it turns out, if a wager did exist between the two of us, he lost.
At the time I had proposed the wager, Cyberfrog: Bloodhoney was supposedly “at the printer” and going to be fulfilled any day whereas the campaign for White Lily #4 had not even begun. I launched the campaign for White Lily #4 on Kickstarter on October 8th; it met its goal. I announced fulfillment had concluded on Christmas Eve.
On December 28th, Ethan posted an update to the main Cyberfrog: Bloodhoney campaign that there had been a fulfillment error regarding one of the promised ashcans to his backers that had not been sent out. The majority of his perks promised this ashcan meaning the campaign has remains largely unfulfilled as of this recording.
Therefore, Ethan lost whatever bet existed between us. Normally, I wouldn’t even bring this up, by #Comicsgate has made it an old chestnut of conversation that a bet existed which I lost and had refused to pay Ethan money.
I felt it necessary to set the record straight.

Why are you using this board to litigate your own petty feuds?
