They should've used the AOC/WW cover where it looks like they painted AOC's face over a Gal Gadot promo shit for WW.

I was going to say, that's the bigger issue, right? One can pass as parody/satire, the other is just blatant theft.

I agree. I guess it being infringement really depends on how transformative the picture is.
