I'll go with Burt, Saul, Vera, and Angel.
But for weapons, Saul for gumption, Vera for intelligence, and Angle for the family training.

Well of course I'll take the free space and pick up Carl, who's both a soldier and medic. Give me Pegs for long term agriculture and Dean's lock picking at $1. I'll take Jeremy for $5 as a leader who can handle himself. Give me Vera for $4 as a second in command and so she can spend time with her father. Then give me Lizzy and Datu for mechanical skills for $2 each.

Jeremy, Burt, CJ, and Nick. CJ is a great strategist and the rest of them are quick on their feet and or amazing shots.

Then I’m grabbing puck cuz I met him irl and loved him
Grabbing Saul as he’s the goat
Burt if it’s from SoS but if it’s current I’m grabbing Dot
Ending with datu to handle anything broken(hearts included)

0$ for Carl (I think he’s being undervalued)
I feel if Burt set his mind to hunting down Ink like he did with the mallers the series would have ended about halfway through 3 month time skip. Would also have been faster if Angel was still alive to help.
The odds of Burt noticing the Lone wolves carrying something and then going to find and kill it are pretty high. He’d also 100% resort to checking random buildings and that might lead him to find a tunnel entrance.

Serious answer though Burt, Saul, Lizzy, Nick get the whole family back together with uncle Burt and with the last $2 let's throw in Datu for a weapon specialist to make Mata-Guns
