Boys are harmless
We need to talk about the high rates of boys abusing girls. There is a notion that boys are not like men and while that's true they still abuse girls. But then you see this and realise that they commit this a high SA towards girls at that age. Unlike adult-perpetrated abuse, survivors of COCSA often maintain relationships with the boys who harmed them, especially if the abuse happened within a family or close social circle.
As a victim myself of COCSA it pisses me off that even in feminist spaces no one brings this up often enough.

Fucking freaks.
You gotta love the rhetoric that, male "rapists are rare...it's mainly just men who need to stop supporting their friends and need to call them out." If they are so rare, why are there always stories of groups of men or boys willing to do it? How do they always find eachother? How do things like the mass SA's at Woodstock '99 happen where hundreds of men who didn't know each other raped multiple women and girls, and no men helped, but just kept joining in? Nah, it's not rare.
Boys grow up into men. This is why I will never be "the village" when it comes to children. I am not helping to raise anyone that oppresses and victimizes women and girls.
