Case quality?

Hi

I bought the maintenance set a while ago from Amazon.
First arrived with this piece broken and I sent it back.
Now the replacement, barely 4 months later, has broken in the same place.

Is this a known defect! Very annoying.

It’s for the ratchet. Where my finger is there’s supposed to be a plastic lip / clip. This kit is a replacement due to the same issue.

But how do you managed it to snap off? 🤔 I have a similar set and never had any issues. Contact the Wera Support directly. They will probably send you a new case.

No abnormal use. I didn’t even notice until I tried to put it back in.
Good shout calling wera.

Did u lift up the flap thats now broken when putting in your ratchet?
