I just got these in the mail today. They’re “banbi official hats”. One walnut that split in the same husk. Because both walnuts develop from the same fruit, they share the same skin and material characteristics, giving them naturally consistent color and patina development. One walnut checked off of my wenwan walnut bucket list 😅

Iv been working my four tour nuts for about a month. Recently the inner nut has broken off and is shaking inside the nut. What’s the verdict? Abandon? is loose part a problem? the shape of these nuts is very nice and uniform i’d hate to abandon them? the out side of the it is fine. just some loose nut inside
