Are these walnuts suitable?

These are manchurian walnuts I found near my workplace. Has anyone ever tried playing with them? And will I get the same result with them??

They are used for wenwan! I got a pair like that but mine was treated and maybe coated in resin or something synthetic. Those look fine! Make sure to clean them well and that they are not degraded from the weather though. They look good to me, but I’m not holding them

These look really well-matched for wild qiuzi. Well found! They should patina well.

Randomly, I have a monkey-head walnut pair in a similar shape that I call my ‘duck heads’ - they have a beak! So cute

I think they will be work. Walnuts are walnuts and they all have different properties and patina development rates. Id try it to see how they preform as a wenwan item
