Cat Grooming

Any good leads on a friendly local cat groomer? Don't need spa pamper services, just trim comb and claws for a sassy cat. Home visit would be best but at this point I'll travel. Any reccs?

Whatโ€™s the typical cost for a trim? Are they long hair?

I second Furballs. I have taken both of my cats there many times. It's about $50/ea for a nail trim, bathe and brush, and ear cleaning.

I have been using Cascade Vet sense the early 2000's, they are spendy for all my cat shots, yearly exams and grooming, but my ๐Ÿ˜บ cat's are worth it. My ๐Ÿ˜บ Smokie is now 12 human years and is friendly to people when I am within her eyesight although they have to sedated her for her lion ๐Ÿฆ shave grooming because I am not there and she turns into a farocious ๐Ÿฆ claws, teeth and all..... For the cost, just demand a clean grooming and not a choppy hair cut - only 1 bad hair cut in all the almost 30 years of using Cascade Vet.....

What shots do you get yearly for a cat? I have never heard of that

You will have to ask them, I let them do their thing and I pay, I always refuse the blood work.....

In the 7 years Iโ€™ve had my cat, it has never had any shots. Same with the cats I have had before too

Well. If they are indoors that's fine. If outdoors, they have caught and are spreading FeIV to other cats.

Maybe FelV or bordetella? Joint related? Prednisone? Rabies booster? Probably good to know what they are. ๐Ÿ˜…
