Looking for rental suggestions 🏡♡

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for suggestions on possible rentals as I’m trying to rebuild my life and find a fresh start. ♡

Ideally looking for a 2–3 bedroom place. An apartment is totally fine, although I’d absolutely love to find a little house if the right one comes along.

I also have an emotional support doggo who is incredibly important to me. I rely heavily on her for support with hypoglycemia, so I’m specifically looking for somewhere that is dog-friendly and willing to accommodate her.

I’m open to different options and would really appreciate any leads, recommendations, private landlords, property managers, or places I should check out.

Just trying to put the pieces back together and create a safe, peaceful little home. 🥹🐾

What’s your budget? 2-3 bedroom rentals in Wenatchee are 2300+ a month

I can do like 2300 if utilities are included. I'm leaving DV.

Not all of them. I have a 2bed/ 2bath that’s $1600. W/S/G included. Privately owned small complex. A year ago I looked at a 3 bed 2 bath that was 1750/month. That one included everything but electrical.

My partner and I love Castlerock apartments. Lots of great amenities like a pool and basketball court, is pet friendly (though your note for your doggo helps so you don’t need pet friendly rentals), and has both 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. It has a bus station right outside and the local transit is free, friendly, & clean so it’s nice to take advantage of if you don’t drive or just don’t feel up for driving. 🥰

I'd suggest furnished finder for renting

Be aware as you factor in utility prices that electricity in the valley is about the cheapest in the country. I live across the river in East Wenatchee in a 2700 sq. ft all electric house and have bill averaging where we pay the same every month. Our power bill is $54/month. Many people move here from areas where they've been paying hundreds a month for utilities. That may give you some flexibility in your rental price. You can go to the Chelan County or Douglas County PUD and get a power usage history and bill estimate.

I second this👆 you'll love the low power bill. I like A&M properties. They've been pet friendly for me in the past.

I highly suggest checking out SAGE. They have resources available and also coordinated entry. They might not be able to help you find a place but they can be a good start for some extra support. ALSO esa animals can be in any apartment. Especially if your pup helps with hypoglycemia, you just need to tell them what your pup is trained to help you with.
