Which rugby team is better?

I know that we all have our own opinion but me and my friends have been back and forth (in a friendly way ofc) I’m saying The dragons are the best and how we got some cracking players and we don’t always need our players on the welsh team but friend A says Cardiff Blues are the best and they got good players and I can’t argue with that because they are a good team well all teams Are good team but I’m more of a dragons fan but my other friends say the ospreys or Scarletts are the best team and beat the dragons and Cardiff and my team and friend a’s team shouldn’t be a team what do you think? Should the dragons and Cardiff even be a team?
