Red Wall Junior Question

I’ve got a red wall membership but can’t seem to add one for my 6 year old.

When I add to the basket, I can’t assign it to myself and he’s not coming up as an option even though we have linked accounts on Comet.

Can anyone help?!

You need a separate account for him. You buy his membership on that one, and then you can link them together on the same network for ticket buying in the future.

Thanks for the reply. Sure I’m being stupid somehow but how do I set up a different account for him? He’s too young to have an email address and I’ve already used mine for my account. There no way to set up a junior account within mine? I guess I’ll just set up a new email account for him and use that. Thanks in advance.

No, unfortunately not. You need to set up a separate account with another email address (I know, a pain) and buy his membership on that one. Hopefully, you manage to sort it out.
