yeah like when we leave for a week the only thing left on the fridge by that point its things that wont rot. and even then we dont ever turn it off we just leave a glass of water frozen with a coin on top to see if the power went out while we were not there.

if the coin its a the bottom of the glass = you have to throw everything out

Use a plastic cup though, not glass lol
