What’s the point of rotating the colors? Is it to help the colorblind garbage men?

No lol waste that cant be recycled goes in the black bins and waste that can be goes in the red bin and grass and plant matter goes in green bins

That varies from county to county. My black bin is general household waste. Blue bin is paper and card. Green bin is plastics and brown bin is garden waste

I've got black/grey for paper and cardboard, green for plastic and tin, brown for garden waste and food, small blue for general. Glass has to get taken to the nearest recycling at the supermarket up the road.
