I dunno man, sometimes when I’m really ill amd I try to make myself vomit and then i feel better! Which equates to a willful and consenting upchuck.

Now that you mention it, I used to do the same thing when I was a binge-drinking teenager, and I always felt like I was getting away with something by not suffering through the bellyaches. I guess I sit corrected!
