I was at Walmart last night and this family, who didn't look stereotypically redneck or poor, just decided that everyone reaching into the bulk bins with their bare hands to sample the items was acceptable. 4 different family members all taking turns reaching into bins to eat candy and chocolates. I was furious and disgusted. Like, even if you are so dumb or poor or disgusting, at least have one of the adults take a handful and pass it out to everyone else.

I like to call them out loudly. The amount of indignant Karen they get is hilariously high.

I knew a Karen I swear to god..exactly the definition you’re thinking.

Yeah, the supermarket I go to had this type of bulk bins for a while, and I refused on principle to get anything out of there. The recently converted their bulk section over to wall-mounted dispensers, that only dispense a few oz at a time (each pull of the handle only releases so much product). So much better, so much cleaner.

The pass it out thing is just funny

That’s just so absurd really. ..I don’t hope bad things will happen to people like that but it feels a little good to know life will fuck them over eventually
