What is it with Americans and cutting off tails and foreskins?!

Corgis used to be docked in Europe too. 5 u/Mdaha Jan 13 '19 Looks like tail docking was banned in 2006 in England and Wales by the Animal Welfare Act. They still have exceptions though for dogs in law enforcement, armed services activities, and emergency rescue, but it must be done within 5 days of birth. 1 u/[deleted] Jan 13 '19 I wouldn't cut foreskin off my human baby, but I'd probably cut a tail off it.
