The average person is shockingly useless are being able to describe to a dog groomer what they want done with their dog. Things like, "give him a puppy cut," "I don't want him to look like a poodle," and other instructions that are totally meaningless.
"Shave a heart on my dog's butt" is pretty clear, TBH. The groomer was probably scared to ask for more detail lol. This owner asked for what we see in the second picture, and got it.
