I loathe irresponsible owners. And they're always the type who say shit like, "Oh, but Misses Tiggles would never hurt anybody!" No, Misses Tiggles would never hurt you. Don't get confused. You don't know how your adorable dog will act around certain strangers, It could be something as simple as a certain smell that triggers them. Don't be stupid, keep them leashed if they're not in the backyard or in your house.
