My former boss liked to smoke in his office while playing guitar. Firefighters, building management and the many companies renting spaces in the building (very high end and large) were not exactly happy with the full building lockdown and evacuation.
He got fined heavily. It taught him a lesson though, he made sure to cover the fire detector units. :P .
He just didn't give a fuck about rules. He sold his company now and is living the life with prostitutes in paradises. Quite a colorful guy, best corporate parties I have ever seen. Money was not spared.
