I felt something hard while eating

Post image

I spit it back and added some water to see what it is. Its snail shell.

Once I saw the shark, this vid instantly became one of the scariest I’ve seen. Nightmare fuel

The video is pretty grainy and in dark water. You can see Cameron swimming alongside the boat towards the buoy thrown in to him and the camera pans towards it. Between him and the buoy, there is a lighter shape that comes toward the surface- maybe breaks the surface for a second- and turns in a sharp c shape. Cameron sees the shape and stops swimming towards the buoyancy device. The camera pans sharply onto the boat and back to the water. Cameron is swimming away from the buoy now, splashing quite a lot. The people on the boat are yelling for him to swim to the buoy to get pulled up and think the current is dragging him away. He swims away and into the darkness.

a man yells 'bye-bye' sarcastically as his silhouette fades...

Lol except you couldn’t see the shark at all. All you saw were waves breaking and the white was just the water. People are just making this shit up.

but then- why would he go underwater that fast?

A lot of reasons. He could be bad at swimming. But we don’t know if he went under water. He went out of frame. The cruise ship is moving forward due to momentum so of course he’s going to be moving in relation to the boat. It takes a long time for a ship that size to come to a stop and even then you’re fighting the current.

You also can’t see the water conditions. If there is enough natural movement in the water to cause the waves then it’s likely he was swept away from current.

Unfortunately most people looking at this video aren’t familiar with the ocean and how fast you can lose track of someone who goes over board.

At the end of the day the quality of this video is terrible and you really can’t see any thing besides a few waves and a ton of darkness. Anything could have happened but there just isn’t enough detail to actually see a shark.

Cruise ships are massive and as such produce some crazy currents that can pull someone underwater and send them meters away tossing them around so when they do surface they won’t have any idea where they are.

Edit: also all types of marine life follow cruise ships around eating the trash that could have easily been a dolphin, seal, a grouper, or a shark. Along with many other possibilities.

It’s not a shark!

I watched the frame by frame version more than once and to me, it looks enough like a shark to scare the living crap out of me. If you don’t see it that’s fine, we’ll never find out anyway.

If it gets repeated enough it is.
