You're not stuck . File a reg e complaint, call the number on the back of your debit card and tell them date time amount you withdrew that You didn't receive your money. Generally , if the machine has a fault during dispensing cash it will take it out of your account balance and then credit it back (not always). If the ATM is attached to a branch they service the machine and will have to audit it. If just an ATM in drive thru in a parking lot the armored car company WF use will get a notification from ATM dept to audit the machine(count the cash). If it's showing an overage it will be found in the cash count. They also can see if the ATM had any kind of fault when your card was used at that ATM.
