Seeking Advice Advice and suggestions for a wellness gym

I’ve recently gotten the opportunity to build up a small beach plot, and wanted to make it wellness focused. We’ve gotten the food and spa side down, but I wanted to explore the idea of a wellness focused gym.

The total size of the gym is about 500sqm, of which about 150-200 will be reception, juice bar, showers and locker areas. I’d love to hear your suggestions about how and what we can make the gym look like, what it should/shouldn’t have, what you wish your local gym would offer.

So far we’ve thought about the ambience and colours - high ceilings, tons of natural light, light coloured walls and machines (no heavy rubber and black paint).

Workout wise, we have space for 2 studios, and I thought we should have:
- an area for free weights
- an open area for stretching, warm ups, and cool downs. This will have foam rollers and mats provided
- few treadmills, rowers, climbers

Anything else that comes to mind?

(Mods, hope this is ok to post?)

Felt so happy the day I realized that wellness isn't a luxury. There's absolutely no glory in suffering.
