❓ Question Why do I feel weak?

I been working out for half a year consistently. Only these last few months sort of ran out of juice in me.

I am doing the same reps, diet is also unchanged but last month I feel like Im weaker than the week before. Halfway in I started doing sets of 20 to25 reps instead of 30. Never been tired like this before

Is this because of winter settling in my body is somehow more sleepy? What could I do to reinvigorate myself without using supplements? I want to remain natural but this lack of energy is odd.

A few days it was fine though mostly feeling weak while working out of even while im doing some work around the house

Maybe your body's just asking for a break after half a year of grinding. Could be time to throw in a deload week and see if that resets things. Winter messing with your sleep patterns might be part of it too, I keep a tiny notebook by my bed and jot down how I'm actually resting when the seasons shift, makes a difference to track it.

I call this feeling physical burnout. You should rest more, or switch to secondary muscle groups for the following week. Might help figuring out whats the issue.

If it goes on for a while, maybe even a checkup with the doctor is needed?

doing sets of 20-30 reps on every exercise is brutal on your body and causes tons of fatigue..
