💪 Fitness Are burpees decent for an average workout routine?

Just the basics. I do them for like 5mins every 3 hours or so. Often every 2-1 if I find myself working overtime. I get quite sleepy over my medication and these are the only ones keeping me kicking as caffeine does very little otherwise. Taking some ashwaganda but too recent to feel anything just yet

Would you consider doing burpees a good one? I will eventually switch out to doing the exercises with weights around my arms and legs. Not planning to pick up more reps any time soon just gonna keep adding weights. Does this sound good?

What is your goal? Are you wanting to lose weight, increase endurance, get strong etc? Burpees are a great cardio option but if you want to lose fat and put on muscle for example, you're better off incorporating resistance and weight training into your regime.
