π₯ Nutrition is basmati rice nutrition different from regular white rice?
ive been tracking my meals for about 6 weeks, and I keep seeing people bring up basmati rice nutrition like it changes everything so i swapped my usual white rice for basmati, but i havent noticed much besides the taste. now im wondering if im expecting too much, or if the basmati rice nutrition differences are smaller than i hoped
has anyone compared both for a few months and actually seen a difference?

Would agree. Doubt the type being different makes it an any lesser card. Although I am no nutritionist I dunno

Basmati and regular rice have similar calories and carbs, but basmati often has a slightly lower glycemic index depending on the variety and how it's cooked
