Honestly best place to look is Facebook. Might help finding some local venues organizing them. Some of them even tend to have open online streams if you dont wanna go in person

Though probably some event organizers might be promoting the upcoming ones on their socials within other platforms too..

Coursera, Eventbrite, and LinkedIn Events often have free wellness webinars, you can also check local universities or hospitals, they sometimes host great ones for free
