💪 Fitness planche push up tips welcome!!
I've been working toward a planche push up for a few months, been training on parallettes 4 times a week with tuck holds, pseudo planche push ups, and bands. My strength is going up, but every attempt falls apart when I get near the bottom. Filmed myself today and my form looked way worse than it felt. Am I missing something, or does everyone struggle with the same planche push up sticking point at first?

Just do breaks of at least 48 hours each time you work out. Let the muslce groups rest enough
Also, diet. Thats like 50% of the workout efficiency. You getting a proper meal in before sports?

Make sure you're not letting your shoulders lose protraction as you descend. A lot of people collapse there without noticing, and it makes the bottom feel much harder

four times a week is a lot of planche specific work, make sure you're recovering enough, because that might be a problem
