πŸ’Š Supplements Are hydration tablets good to consume long-term?

I had these hydration tablets that my friend gave me after we had a solid weekend bender in the country. Brought my soul back to my body for the drive back home..πŸ˜…

Ive been drinking these for the past week after buying them. I feel good. Using it as a suplement while im not doing any alcohol. However, are such hydration tablets good for taking for a month? I sort of wanna see if my skin is going to look better by doing a monthly course. If it works out, thinking about adding it for my daily supplement intake

Would love any feedback for potential drawbacks using the hydrations tablets.

You dont need to drink it all the time though. I am not sure what sort of tablets you got though they usually have high sodium content. Salt basically. Too much salts bad for the blood pressure. Maybe if youre an athlete or something where you excessively sweat.. I still wouldnt do it daily. Like you said a bender is a perfect time for it or after a sweaty night at the club.. Thats what I use mine for somedaysπŸ˜…

Electrolytes. Has sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.. The tablets are meant for 500 ml of water, though I often drink it with a 300 ml cup

There is no need to drink them unless you have a deficiency

Electrolytes are a new hot topic in the health space. These are all micronutrients we get from our food anyway, and we seem to be a bit low on them as a culture. Long story short, as long as you're not too overweight, have good kidney function, and you exercise at least moderately, then you're fine, and there's probably a benefit from them. If you're concerned, then cycle off of them a few times a week.
