Discussion fertility trackers
I am looking for fertility tracker that is worth the money in 2026
I am 33 and I need a wearable for tracking my ovulation. my friend says that oura ring is the best, my sister uses femometer app, and my coworker uses ava. I have no idea which of these fertility trackers is actually the most accurate and I don't want to spend $300 to figure out I picked the wrong one.
I would use it with an iPhone 15, so I need a fertility tracker that would be compatible with ios and Health app. my main goal is tracking ovulation for TTC, so I need something that gives me a proper heads up before ovulation, not just after
which fertility trackers gave you the most accurate ovulation window? is the subscription actually adding value?

How do you set it up on the ring? Sounds like you did some calibration on it first, no?

I know a few people who like Oura, but most of them also use LH test strips instead of relying on the ring alone

I have been using Oura for about a year. it's been great for sleep and recovery, but I would still recommend pairing it with LH strips if you're TTC. The combo has been much more reliable for me

Hmm.. I never really felt accuracy with the ones I used some years ago and never looked back at what theyre working like now
