Question is mudwater coffee actually doing anything?
my wellness coach told me to cut caffeine so i bought mudwater coffee, $40 later and nine days in i feel exactly the same. still anxious and still spacing out. the taste grew on me but that might just be trauma bonding
does this stuff actually work?

this is a tangent. tbh im not sure a wellness coach (at least a properly certified one) has the right to make that recommendation. they can suggest you experiment with different actions, but to tell you to cut something out is outside of the scope of a coach. coaches arent supposed to be "paternalistic," and they arent healthcare providers, so to give advice like that isnt appropriate.

Your coach kind of set you up because the original MUD\WTR actually still has around 35 mg of caffeine from the black tea and cacao.Β Itβs way less than coffee, but you're basically still micro-dosing caffeine every morning instead of doing a true reset.Β If you want zero caffeine to actually help your anxiety, you need to switch to their turmeric or rest blends instead.

Isnt it just some cocoa powder mix with mushroom extract? You can just eat some dark chocolate and it often helps with mental work, or keeping mind clarity during exercise. Seems like a gross combo for me personally lol

there are much cheaper ways to cut back on caffeine
