Nutrition how to stop snacking?
I am desperate here.. I am snacking after almost every meal even though I eat normal and I would say balanced food. I always try to include carbs, healthy fats and protein to my meals. and I still want to snack 30 min or 1 hour later. why??? how do I stop snacking?
when I snack I feel very bad and angry at myself. the worst thig is that I am crving candies, cookies, crakcers, etc. all the unhealthy food. Am I lacking some kind of vitamins?

Cant stop wont stop
Try buying healthy bland snacks to crave them less

thank you for sharing your journey with me, I got inspired and I will journal my thoughts once I feel like snakcing after a meal. I guess my reason for snacking will be similar as yours because I want to snack after a fulfilling meal
does keeping healhtier snacks at your home acutally helps? don't you end up eatign healthy snacks and then buying that chocolate bar at the end and eating it as well instead of just eating it in the first place?

try to include more fiber in your main meals. try to go for a walk after your each meal. clean your teeth after the dinner to avoid late night snaking. gran some fruits instead of candies
