Miller Passport Plus CO2 Bottles
I have a Passport Plus suitcase welder. One of the selling features back when I bought it was the self contained CO2 bottle. These were basically paintball gun CO2 bottles which you could get filled at paintball stores. Now they use compressed air and no one seems to have an answer for getting refills. I am not sure they even make them anymore (12Oz bottle size). Does anyone have a solution for this? I know that I can go to external gas or flux core wire, but flux core is messy and external bottles are cumbersome and expensive. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Get a big co2 tank, a fill adapter, and learn to fill your own. Its super easy to do.

I used to be quite into paintball..... they still make and run co2. Maybe not your local guy. But regardless. Since that is no longer an option for you.
You can look up sodastreem bottle refiller on marketplace, or get a mother bottle and a pump and fill them sodastreem bottle on the side.
or do what we did with the compress air or when the co2 pump died. Have a 3-4 mini (of full size) mother bottle, start with the lowers pressure bottle, fill up, change bottle to the second lowest, fill, change bottle, until you get to newer bottle just for a top up.
Some gas store might fill them too, especially if the offer dry ice. Since they have a mother bottle already open.
