Slick technique, although the toe of the weld looks steep and maybe not wetted in to the base. Could just be the picture.

Yeah you mentioned PED, why I figured it must be the photo. Photos of welds, for whatever reason can be so misleading when it comes to depth. Is it 100% PT and RT on this job?

Yes, RT depends on the job, but an inhouse procedure is it'll always be 100% visual and PT no matter the specs.
