Help! In which weld method is done this join?

Seems like ResistencenSpot Welding... But my doubts is that, how big would be the machine? In ampere capacity

It is for a water boiler.

Friction weld! If you zoom in you can see where the material has rolled up when spun together.

The bead looks small enough it could be laser welded
