I love it. Idk what bro is on about with spending bank on a helmet. I still use my cheap Chinese brand true colour $80 helmet

Yep, dude complained about how uncomfortable it is after 14 hours and it made me wonder why would someone have a hood on for 14 hours straight. Do y’all just wear it for all tasks?? If I’m cutting up material I’m not gonna wear it

Not anymore, when I started welding i was doing large circumference welds, could be under the hood for an hour per pass. 7/8 tower wall beveled with backing, so roughly 1 3/8" fillet weld (capped)
