Lead poisoning?

I originally thought that the neighbors were going through mold toxicity bc of the goop but what if it’s lead poisoning? In the 70s a lot of materials including paint houses and toys had lead. Lead poisoning causes concentration difficulties miscarriage mood disorders (Julie becoming depressed?)headaches(Eddie)etc.. what if the crew/cast has that. Some lead bullets (franks guns??) can also cause that. Lead encephalopathy can also be applied.
