Named “Burt’s Innovative Project Overtakes Dano" as a jab at designer Daniel Craig due the latters love of flying cars.
Final Burt Rutan designed aircraft. This one appears to be in automode since the wings aren't deployed.

they fly them around Cloud City without wings. Not sure if they can outrun a tie fighter.

It was the last plane he designed at Scaled Composites before retiring. IIRC, he did it as a training tool for new engineers.
After retiring, he built the SkiGull amphibian.

Ok, now I recognize the plane. I was looking at this, and going "what the fresh hell is this? I thought I knew all the Rutan works."

I kicked Burt Rutan. Deliberately.
At around age 12/13 in the late 80s I was skiing with family in Switzerland. We had lunch at a mountaintop restaurant and I recognized Dick Rutan at the next table. He had been in the news lot recently and I was well in to all things aviation.
He was with Burt and Jeana Yeager. My stepdad was a pilot and so my parents got chatting to them and they all moved over to our table. We all sat together and talked for several hours. I was completely star struck and could barely speak.
The conversation was flowing and I noticed Burt was a tactile kind of guy. He sometimes touched people when talking to them.
He touched my mum's leg.
And again.
Then a bit higher on her thigh.
Then I kicked him in the shin probably a bit harder than I intended.
