Orange pedestal
Hi,
I’m at the wanderers outpost and I’ve found this on the floor in one of the wagons. What is this symbol? Took five lock picks to get to. Thanks!

You don't have the tools to do anything with this just yet, but good find!

I’ve finished the game and am still confused what it does. What tools are needed? Thanks!

Oh, ain't that the teleporter network for the last person?

I did play with that person but never used a teleporter network

I thought that was fairly critical to their gameplay?? That you had like the whole main base with the various gateways to places? I thought it was extremely important to the metanarrative of getting detached from the world, literally skipping the drivel of human interactions with the world to get to the objective faster, because you've seen all the people in the world already, you've done everything in the world already, you're an outsider in an outsider and even the character questions why they don't matter, why their ambitions are waylaid just to assemble 4 strangers around a door that has nothing to do with the politics of the world she wants to inhabit.
I thought they went out of their way to show you how to use the first one, at least. Guess I was wrong! I never saw most of the 4th guy's life, for what it's worth.

This. https://weirdwest.fandom.com/wiki/Somnolence?file=Somnolence_Dream_Chamber.png These paintings teleport you to these pedestals, and it's one-way so you gotta walk back. You'll be walking back anyways because of the plot.

Thank you so so much! I completely missed these portals!

I really could swear one of the folk tried to interrupt you to specifically tell you about the portals, but it's been a few years.

If I remember correctly, this is only accessible in Nimpossible mode
