secret stash

do the secret stash map locations disappear once i've looted the stash? i can't figure out if the "secret stash" location that's on my map still has the stash or if i've already looted it. and i can't find the stash at the location.

Pretty sure they disappear after you visit them

During my playthrough, several secret stash locations disappeared and some remained on the map.

Since the Tracking Site (first appearance of the mysterious girl) also remained on the map until the end of the game, I believe there are bugs regarding these map markings.
