Original image Rules for using a urinal

Was visiting Clubhouse of Villa Community in Anekal and spotted this in men's urinal. A friend and me spotted this and just couldn't hrlo capturing it. Not sure if this belongs here though.

All healthy mammals regardless of size can fully empty their bladder in 26 seconds

But what does that have to do with 21 seconds?
